I got 64 percentile in in jee mains can I get a seat in nit with sc caste

you have scored a good percentile but I'm afraid that this shall not be sufficient for you to get admitted to NIT even though you are from the SC category . as you may know the cutoff changes every year but still your chances are really low. you can try state counseling or try some other decent college.
