Since you have not mentioned your category, i am considering you as a GENERAL Category student. With the above mentioned percentile in JEE mains you have extremely difficult chances of getting any government colleges like NIT or IIIT for CSE or any other branch as the score is likely to be very less. The required percentile for CSE branch in JEE mains for general category is more than 98-99 percentile.
But do not worry as you will get CSE branch in Other colleges like state level private engineering colleges. So, you can try for those colleges.
