Hello Nandini Rastogi.

With 66 percentile in JEE Mains and 71.12 percentile in Paper 2 in general category you their are no chances of getting getting seat in NITs. For getting seat in NITs atleast 96 percentile is required in JEE Mains exam. So try to apply for some private colleges to get a seat. If not wait for an year prepare well and attempt the exam again next year.

Hope this is helpful.

Thank you.
