I got 66.76 in jee main 2021 and my CRL is 319995 I am an oc candidate but I have ews certificate do I have any chances in getting college

You can try in private colleges though but still I would suggest you to take a drop and prepare well for your next attempt instead of getting some lower branch in a lower college.
