I got 70% marks in CBSE board can I got admission in any govt college thorough IIT mains in iit mains I scored 157 marks (general)

You can't take admission in NITs/IITs as you are not fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria of the exam i.e 75% in boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile.
