i got 70 marks in jee main my CRL RANK IS 125644 and OBC-NCL rank is 37276,will they consider the OBC rank or CRL rank for counselling.

Both of your ranks will be considered. You will get benefit through your OBC rank and can get notify by colleges whose cutoffs are more for general category.
