I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but you are not eligible for JEE advanced examination.
This is because.
With 70.2 1 percentile in JEE mains you have failed to qualify JEE Mains examination in order to be eligible for JEE advanced as cutoff percentile for general ews category is 70.2 4 but you have got 70.2 1 .

To qualify, you must score 70.2435518 percentile for EWS.
You have scored 70.21 .
You are not allowed to fill JEE Advanced form with this percentile.
