If you belong to some reserved category there may be chances of your getting a seat in some NIT.Then just try out once.
Else I believe you should not waste time and try for some prestigious pvt. College admitting students on basis of JEE main marks.All the best

try your chances....lookout for Northeast NIT'S , GFTI's etc.

I got 72% in 12th... Is there be any problems in getting the college.

For general category students there is a bar of 75% in boards .I do not know regarding OBC.Just check up google.You can also check GFTI's.They do not have such criteria.
