NTA has not officially announced any cut off list yet, The cut off list for JEE advance depends on a lot of factors like, Previous years cutoff trends,Difficulty level of JEE Advanced 2019,Total number of applicants,Number of seats available for admission,Performance of the candidates in the exam etc.
With 73 percentile your general rank will be around 2.81lakh, now last year the cutoff for advance was around 2.2lakh ( for general rank ), So if the cut off doesn't change much, you won't be eligible for jee advance this year.

According to your percentile, your general rank will be above 2 Lakh .And as 2 Lakh candidates were eligible for jee advanced 2018 ,so you have a chance that you can qualify. if you belongs to category then your chances increases.
