thanks for asking your query,as per your category and percentile in jee mains are considered,you are eligible for josaa counselling.As Far taking admission in Thapar university you may get seat in Thapar university but branch prediction is not possible therefore i would suggest you to apply for the counselling of thapar university.

The minimum percentage required for admission in thapar University is around 20% ir. Around 70 marks.
But if you want core branches then your marks should be around 90 in jEE mains.
o, to be at a safer position of getting admission, I would prefer you to score anything above75 Percentile, if you are not from Punjab.Now if you are from punjab, score anything about 70 percentile would work .
