Hi.

Actually, there exist just paramedical nursing courses, which can be sought directly after 10th standard! The greater part of the good nursing courses that are recognized by the INC (Indian Nursing Council) have 10+2 as the basic qualification criteria. INC happens to be the administrative and regulating body, with regards to nursing training in India. From the career perspective, it would be fruitful for students to seek nursing programmes that have been approved and recognized by the INC.

Here are the options for nursing course after 10th:

Diploma in Ayurvedic Nursing

Diploma in Nursing Care Assistant

Rural Healthcare Diploma

Certificate in Nursing Care Assistant

Certificate in Home Based Healthcare

The basic qualification criteria for these paramedical courses is 10th standard. Subsequent to completing any of the previously mentioned courses, one may begin a career as a paramedic in the healthcare vertical.

All the best.
