According to the cut-off for various categories in the past three years (2019, 2020, 2021), the cut-offs for Joint Entrance Examination Main for GENRAL category is as follows:
2019: 89.7 2020: 90.3765335 2021: 87.8992241
So, according to the trends of previous years, you are not eligible for any college as you do not qualify the JEE Main examination. You can always try the next year with more efforts.

Even after considering your home state quota you have very less chances to get seat in Bihar on the basis of your mentioned JEE-Main score but you can go for some other colleges.
As per your percentile in JEE-Main 2022,
