Hello Student, 

With your score getting NITs or rather I would say getting good NITs is not possible.  But yes you can apply for other institutes that accept Jee Score for admissions.
Like LNMIIT Jaipur, Jaypee university, Indraprastha University, Thappar etc.  are some good one.
