Hi ! No, you can't get any seat in nit. It is so because your rank is not enough to get into it. It demands higher ranks. Still if your luck is too much good with vacancy factor then you may get nit Manipur or any worst third tier nit with low graded branches. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
