i got 75 percentile in jee mains paper 2 2020 january session I'm frm sc category so can i get a good college..

Hello,
There is good chance of getting admission through reservation category. Your categorical rank will be lower than general rank which make you eligible for more college options.
It would be better option  if you apply for low rank NITs , government college through categorical rank. Make sure you give few options for security.
Try for top private institutes also. Private institutes also perform well and try to compete with top IIT and NIT students. All that matters is learning and how is the skill set.
If you learn and show your skills to improve solution or propose innovative solutions then you will get good job options.
