i got 76.13.. percentile in jee b.arch can i get any gov college.

As you have got 76.13 percentile, with this percentile it is difficult to get seat in government college. Cut off 2020 for JEE Main CRL is 90.3765 this is qualifying percentile for JEE Mains.
However you can try instate counselling for states like Punjab, Haryana and Uttarakhand.
