I got 76.5 percentile in jee mains and I m qualify for jee advance, my caste is obc and category rank is 68099 can I get admission in nit or iiit??

Hi.

You need to mention your marks as well, as the cutoff released by NTA is score-based. However, if your marks are above 68.023 (cut-off marks for OBC-NCL Category) then you are qualified for JEE Advance examination.
Based on your category rank and Other State quota (since you did not mention your home state) you will not be able to get into any NITs because of such a high category rank, but you may have chances in Home State Quota and same goes for IIIT as well.
