Hello Aspirant ,
Its bit difficult to suggest you NITs according to your percentile.Since NIT is a very well known institute eligibility criteria is also greater.
Here are some colleges which I refer according to your percentile:
Shivajirao S. Jondhale College of Engineering (SSJCOE),Thane
Maharashtra Institute of Technology,Aurangabad
KIT College of Engineering, Kolhapur
G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur
College of Engineering, Shivnagar Vidya Prasarak Mandal's,Pune
Bharati Vidyapeeth College of Engineering, Lavale,Pune
But still you can have a look at cutoffs of NITs:

I recommend you college predictor tool which may definitely help you sort colleges:

GoodLuck!
To get into NIIT University through JEE Mains, you need atleast 85+ percentile in JEE Mains.
Since your percentile score is less than that, so you might not be able to get core branches in NIIT University. But you can easily get other branches like biotechnology, geographic Technology etc.
You can also appear for the entrance exam conducted by NIIT University, NUAT which is a bit easier as compared to JEE Mains. The score in NUAT can also used to apply for admission.
Also, you need to have minimum of 60% aggregate marks on class 12 and minimum 60% aggregate marks in PCM or PCB depending on the branch you choose.
Hope it helps
