See this is your January Main result,The final result by NTA will be based on the best of two percentile of both the exams(the January and April JEE Mains test). The final April JEE Mains result will vary depending on the number of students who appeared in the test and the highest marks scored in that exam.So whether you are qualified or not can be said only after the final result after 30th April. The cutoff for qualification can be decided only then.
You have to be among the top 224,000 candidates of JEE(Main) 2019. Since your percentile is 77.5%, your rank is approx. Between 258000-270000, so sorry to say, but you're not eligible for JEE Advance. Hope this helped you. All the best for the future.
