Sorry, but no you can not get admission with your previous year CAT score in the current academic year, moreover with percentile that low you might not get any college at all . CAT examination is held every year in the last week of November. If you are interested in MBA then give the exam this year and try to score above 95% otherwise you might not be able to convert any college this year too. CAT exam form will be online in September.
