I got 80% marks in class 12th but now I want to change my stream from science to arts for UPSC how should I proceed?

Dear student,
Yes , you can change your stream in graduation there is no problem, if you want to take arts for your  undergraduate programme. And 80% are enough to get a good a for your undergraduation. You should just focus on your aim and you'll get what you want.
