According to your all India rank I don't think that you will be able to get any seat in bvhs and ah at 15% all India qouta as the cut off this year is very very high as a result not many students will get MBBS and hence they would deviate towards other courses 

But if you have given state level veterinary ex of your state you may try for 85% state quota.
