With such overall rank your category rank is expected to be around 40,000. It is very difficult to get seat in NIT but you have decent chances to qualify in JEE Main and appear for JEE Advanced. To get seat in a NIT you need to score minimum 92 percentile or above. So if you score a little more than February session you may get seat in NIT. The qualifying cut off percentile for SC category was 50.1760245 and the cut off percentile for JEE Main 2021 is expected to be in between 50-55 percentile for SC category. Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.
