Based on your marks your rank will be nearly 175300 so under this rank you may get seat in some NIT's if you have home quota because other state rank is below 8K.So it would be somewhat difficult to get the seat.You can check here the cut-offs of nits

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get CSE branch in any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs until and unless you deserves Home state quota for them and you are female. But if not then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
