You have got 80.88 percentile, which means you have scored more than this percentage of students appearing for JEE in the year of 2019.
Now, with that percentile, you are very eligible to be appearing for the JEE advanced exam, since cutoffs normally are around the 70-75 percentile mark.
But, whether that will get you a seat in a good college (NIT etc) solely based on JEE marks is doubtful since the rank allotted in Mains is not just because of your percentile, but also because of other factors like caste, etc. Also, distribution of marks in various subjects come into play.
