Hope you are doing great. If you want to do BA honours in delhi and also want to prepare for UPSC civil service exam then I think you should take admission in Sol ( school of open learning)-DU here you need not to go to daily only you can go Saturday and Sunday if you want to go only otherwise go to coaching for upsc ,also you can take admission in ncweb but it is for girls here also you can do graduation without going daily.
