I got 82.9 percentile am I qualified to write JEE advanced in OBC category?

You can write JEE advanced exam as the eligibility criteria for JEE advanced is 75% in 12th boards, which is waived due to the coronavirus pandemic,

Therefore you are eligible for exams.
