I got 83 percentile in Jee mains and my CRL rank is 186578 and st category rank is 2703 can I get any seat in nits on josaa counselling?

According to previous year's trends and cutoffs at this category rank you might get NITS like Durgapur, Silchar, Agartala, Rourkela, Hazratbal, Sikkim,Bhopal, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Raipur, Kurukshetra, Jalandhar, Surat, Patna.
