This is only possible if you are SC , ST or Pwd Category .

Since you have not secured such percentile which is good enough to be eligible for JEE Advanced so you need to appear for JEE Mains April attempt.

And now you should work harder to secure a decent percentile.

If you belong to general category then i am sorry to say but you cant qualify for JEE advance with 83.18 percentile considering past years cutoff a general candidate is required to score at least 85 percentile in order to qualify for JEE Advance in the JEE mains january session.But if you are from OBC,SC,ST category then you can qualify fir advance.then
And if will qualify then you can definitely appear for JEE advance without appearing for JEE mains April session.Its totally your choice to appear in either one session or both session.

The maximum limit till which I can keep hope for appearing in jee advanced for general category student is 85 percentile, and since yours is less than 85 you can appear only if either you belong to any other category or if you improve your performance in April. The second one might look hard but it isn't .
