Hello,

Yes you can get JECRC foundation from other state quota in REAP as the cutoff of this college are not too high.

With these marks you should easily get into JECRC foundation. Make sure you fill your REAP form correctly and put the choices accordingly so that you get your required branch.

Sir I got reap gen merit rank 3275 and gen female rank was 586 is I was not allotted any seat...?

These year the cutoffs for many colleges have gone high. As you are from other state quota you have only 15% seats and rank accordingly is low.
But wait for upward movement as many seats will get vacant and you will have a chance of getting your preferred college.

If you are from Rajasthan than your rank is average and you should definitely wait for upward movement results. You have very high chance of getting JECRC foundation.
