I got 84 percentile and I got 18134 rank in EWS category. So any chances for Not??

You have qualified JEE MAINS,you are elligible for JEE ADVANCE.But chance of getting NITs or IIITs with this score is very less under EWS quota.You should look for another engineering entrance examination for B.Tech degree courses.
