One needs to score 25% of maximum marks to qualify EAMCET. i.e 40 marks. If you have not scored 40 marks, you do not get qualified.
If you still want a seat in EAMCET colleges despite of being not qualified, you can apply for B category which deals with JEE mains score, NRI quota or management quota.
