People with single parent alive - 50%
People with parents as govt employees - 50%
People with parents as SNS employees -50%

Interview and scrutiny process shall be held.
ReplyI don't think there are any scholarships based on that criterion. But if you perform well in their interview, they will offer you a scholarship.
