I got 85 percentile in jee main and I belong to up . Can I get any gfti any government college in country. And I am ews catagory.

You haven't mentioned your rank but 85 percentile in Jee Main means your rank would be around 1m30 lakhs to 1.50 lakhs. Now there are certain criteria or factors that affect a rank. And GFTIs' seats almost get filled within 50000 to 70000 rank. You didn't mention your category rank too. So based on your rank it would be difficult to get any GFTIs. However you can try for J.K. Institute of Applied Physics & Technology, University of Allahabad, as it's your home state quota and the cutoffs for homw state quota candidates are quite low.
