Helo aspirant,
You may get or may not get. That's based on your category. The percentile will depend upon college, branch, cast and state.
For general category minimum Percentile is 97+
For OBC category minimum percentile is 92+
For SC/ST minimum percentile is 78+
For EWS minimum percentile is 87+
The cutoff is the maximum rank required within which various IIITs offer admission. Candidates must know JEE Main cutoff for top IIITs to know which college they'll get admission based on their ranks.
The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA) will release the cutoff of JEE Main 2020 for admission into IIITs.
Hope this will be helpful for you.
ALL THE BEST.
Your percentile is good but it's not enough for you to grab a seat in any of the NITs and IIITs. Again, that's my perspective. I believe that if you belong to some reserved category then also chances are slim. Even if you get the college somehow, there is minimal chance that you grab the most popular branch CS. So, I suggest don't trade your branch for a college.
