i got 85000 rank in jee in which college i get seat

As per you question, according to your rank in JEE main you may get average rated college as per your low average rank. As you didn't mentioned your category so am considering you under general category. You may get colleges like:-

1) Madhav Institute of Technology and Science:-mechanical at 2 lakh

2) Ujjain Engineering College:-mechanical

3) A. P. Shah Institute of Technology:-computer engineering at 5lakh

4) Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology:-mechanical at 5lakh

5) Samrat Ashok Technological Institute:-CSE at 3.6lakh

These are the colleges which you can get at this rank as per your general category.

based on previous years rank analysis, you wont get into any top college like IIT, NIT and also you wont get in government colleges through counselling.

so only thing you can get is private colleges. (you havent mentioned your home state. or i could have helped better). so go for state counselling and get a good private college.
