I got 85.7 percentile and around 130000 rank in CRL, is there any chance that I can get any NIT or GFTI ??

As per last years cutoff, i cannot see chances of getting a seat in NITs. And for IIITs, GFTIs too with this rank there are no chances.

However, you can try for other state counselings like M.P, Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana, etc to get into your desired stream. For predictions of your colleges that you might get in JoSAA and other state counselings based on your rank you can use college predictor tool.
