Anand, according to your percentile your rank would be around 1,21,000. On the basis of this rank all branches of NIT Surathakal are off limit whether you belong to general category or any reserved category.

Till now NTA has not released the cut-offs fir this year, it will be declared after second attempt of JEE-Main that is supposed to be held in May, 2020.

I would suggest you to prepare yourself for second attempt of JEE-Main 2020 and score atleast 98 percentile in order to get seat in NIT Surathakal.

You can also use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict the college according to your percentile and category.

I hope this answer helps you.

Good Luck!!
