I got 86.04 percentile in jee mains under ews can i get nits for my percentile

With your score it might be difficult to get any NITs or IIITs as the seats are limited and merit is also very high. You can try for other government colleges. I recommend you to appear in JEE Mains April session which is currently postponed and improve your score.
