A percentile of 86.21 should yield approximately a rank of around 1.2lakh or more in the open Category lost.
This is according to last year's statistics.
However your EWS rank can be better. So, you can try all the NITs, under ypur category, cause they has reservations for it.
Also try for other government/state funded colleges because only a few private colleges have reservations for EWS category.

86.21 percentile is just required for qualifying but getting seat is very hard with this percentage. Very least chances that too in special rounds. You can try better in your second attempt to score good. Try a little bit harder, you can definitely improve your score.We cannot predict rank with the percentile as competition is increasing year by year.
