You have got 86869 rank in jee main which is not sufficient for getting any NITs, IIITs or GFTIs. Your rank should be under 50k for any NITs , IIITs or GFTIs .So if you want to go for only these colleges you have to wait for next year and perform better in jee main otherwise you can go for private college.
