The marks are subjected to change every year because it depends on the difficulty level of your shift and the quality of students appearing in your shift. So, as per my knowledge in these marks your percentile would be around 88-89 and your rank would be around 1.5L.
So certain conditions determine the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
