See for getting qualified for the JEE ADVANCED under GEN category u should be having min of 89% in the JEE MAINS exam. Since u are below than that u should not be getting qualified for the ADVANCED to pursue ur higher tsudies in the field of ur interest from the IITs under btech career. U can apply for some of the lower colleges or state colleges for ur btech. I m providing u aink for ur help.
