i got 87 percentile in jee main (January 2019 ) can i hope for any good government college

at 87 percentile it would be difficult for you to get good government colleges if you are a general category student. however you have a chance to get north-eastern NITs like sikkim,mizoram etc. with category or home state quota otherwise its a bit difficult.
