You have scored 88 Marks in the NEET exam which is actually very very low marks and you can't even think for the seat in any of the government or private college because they also have some limited seats and they will not provide it to you, with this much marks.

You can go for the deemed colleges if you want, but in that case, you have to pay your fees very high approx 2 Lacs+ only for the tution fees and other charges will cost it very high.
So, You can register for the deemed colleges counselling through the website.
