Hi, as you have mentioned that you have 8854 rank in MMMUT entrance exam. So first of all I want to clear that this rank is unsufficient to get civil branch. One chance is there if you have any or you belong to any category than somehow you may get any branch through the entrance exam or elese you have good rank in JEE mains may help you to get into into the college. If not better try for anyother college.
