i got 89 percentile in jee mains and 36k rank in obc category. can i get b category seats in hyderabad colleges?

Your categorical rank is less possible for NIT campus for non technical branch. for top and core branch, your rank has to be below 20-30k.
You can apply for government engineering college at Telangana. Here are some college options for suggestion :-
