I got 89 percentile in jee mains.will i get nit colleges?

The exact prediction would be tough for the actual rank as JEE Main is being conducted twice for the first time and rank will be based on NTA percentile score which will be released in the month of April.
Based on this score your probable rank will be 120,398 - 140,398, With this rank the chances are less to qualify the exam.
NOTE : Rank Predicted is on the basis of the expected total number of students i.e. 1152650 appearing in the JEE Mains April Session.
