It would be tough to tell you the qualified score as JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA first time.

Using the formula:

874469 are the number of candidates appeared for the January exam.
So rank formula is (100- your total score) * 874469 / 100.

Your expected rank will be around 92,693, with this score the chances seems less to get a seat in NITs.
