According to your percentile your approximate rank would be near about 95,500 and on the basis of this rank it is not possible to get NIT Kurukshetra neither in Mechanical nor in Civil branch even you belongs to SC category.
Generally NIT Kurukshetra's cut-off goes around 5,000-8,000 so even you belongs to same state still you can't get the seat under Home state quota and note that the above prediction is based on previous years' cut-off and cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
